Terms of Service

Ace helps you set a career goal, meet alumni, and take one next step at a time. It uses AI to draft suggestions, plans, and outreach notes. AI output can be wrong or out of date: check important details (especially names, roles, and contact information) before you rely on them, and treat suggestions as a starting point, not professional advice. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, introduction, or job.

Alumni and professional contact information in the app is compiled from public sources and is provided to help you make genuine, respectful connections. Verify it before reaching out.

The service is intended for students of participating schools. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, you use the service under your school's agreement with us. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your school receives aggregate reporting only, with small groups suppressed so no individual can be picked out. It does not receive your conversations, your uploads, or your profile. Nothing you do in the service is sent to any Chaminade High School system.

• Do not harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself to the people you contact.
• Do not scrape, resell, or bulk-export contact data from the service.
• Do not try to access other students' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You own what you upload and write. You give us permission to process it (including through OpenAI's API) solely to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time from account settings.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MyFutureSelf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
